The Traffic Division of the City Court presides over cases when a person is issued a traffic ticket by the Denham Springs City Police, Denham Springs City Marshals Office, Louisiana State Police and the Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office.
For your convenience, you may handle many traffic violations by mail or online. If your citation is for one of the violations listed below, you may pay online (www.dsclerkofcourt.org) or mail your citation along with a money order (no personal checks accepted) to Denham Springs City Ward II Court, Attention: Traffic Division 116 N. Range Ave., Denham Springs, LA 70726. If the violation is not listed, you may call the court at 225-665-5505 for more information. It may be possible to avoid a court appearance.
The Payment processor will add a 3% processing fee to your fine to cover the cost of your payment. You will be given your full payment amount prior to completing your transaction.
NOTE:
- ANY CHARGE WITH AN ACCIDENT ASSOCIATED, IS A MANDATORY COURT APPERANCE; UNLESS YOU CAN FURNISH THE COURT WITH AN INSURANCE ACCEPTANCE OF RESPONSIBILITY LETTER FROM YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY.
